A weekend of Coastal, Climate and Cultural events including the brilliant Beach of Dreams on Sunday 13th September Beach of Dreams – Cleethorpes .
Join Outdoor Learning and the Transformative Research Actions for Resilient Coastal Communities (TRACC) Project to share our love for our Humber Coast.
This is a weekend of events from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th September – follow our pages for the full programme and book on workshops and walks
Friday 11th September
Art Installation ‘Everytime The Tide’ by Chris McClean
Brighton Slipway, Cleethorpes Beach at 6pm
Saturday 12th September
Sunrise Celebration Walk with the Canoe River Cleaner for Beach of Dreams Cleethorpes, 6.30am
People’s Emergency Briefing Film Showing TICKETED, 9.30am
Make & race a Wind Powered Boat family workshops from 12pm
followed by the mini boat race in the tide at 5.30pm
Make a Climate Pledge workshops, Brighton Slipway from 5pm
Cordgrass – a poetry and eco walk with Harriet Tarlo – Eco Poet
Creative Writing Workshop: Humber Tales with Victoria Leslie TRACC at LaCuna, 12pm-2pm
Nature & Climate Film Show – times tbc
TRACC Coastal Resilience Celebration Event 7pm – 10pm
